If mediation fails to resolve the matter within 60 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

  • Scope: Disputes involving less than $50,000 will be handled individually, not as a class or consolidated proceeding.

  • Venue: Arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida.
